Where is your office located?
We are conveniently located in downtown Honolulu at The Queen’s Medical Center, Physicians Office Building II, Suite 109, on the first floor.
Where do I park?
Validated parking is available at the Queens POB II parking garage ($2.00/hour). The entrance is located on the mauka side of Lusitana Street.
What products and services do you provide?
We provide medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatological services.
How do I make an appointment?
Call us during our regular business hours at (808) 536-9888 to schedule an appointment.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?
Please call 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your scheduled time.
What insurance companies do you accept?
We accept most major insurance providers, including, but not limited to, the following:
- HMSA PPO
- HMSA HMO – REFERRAL REQUIRED FROM PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN
- PACIFIC HEALTH CARE (PHC)
- HAWAII IPA
- HAWAII LABORERS
- AETNA HEALTH PLANS

How do I refill my prescription?
For prescription refills, you may call your pharmacy or you may call our office and request to speak with the nurse. We will do our best to call in your prescription to the pharmacy in a timely manner.
When is my payment due?
Insurance copayments, cosmetic service fees and skin care product charges are due in full at the time of your visit. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Uninsured and self-pay patients are required to pay their charges in full at the time of service.
We also now take CareCredit!
